Eloy Jaramillo Obituary
Eloy "EJ" Jaramillo, of Albuquerque, NM passed away peacefully on December 17, 2023.
Born on September 11, 1949 in Delia NM. He was the son of the late Serapio and Eliza Jaramillo
Eloy was an avid lover of fast cars. And in his younger years enjoyed racing his 1955 Chevy at the Albuquerque Drag way.
He was an award winning truck driver and proudly retired from Lafarge Ready Mix. In his younger years he was an experienced driver for Western Mobile, Springer, Groendyke Transport and Anheuser Busch.. He enjoyed sitting on his porch drinking a beer, playing pool, and finding old treasures at yard sales.
There wasn't a person Eloy did not find something in common with. He enjoyed making connections with strangers and was always laughing and telling jokes.
Eloy is survived by his sons Eloy Jr. and Gabriel Jaramillo his step daughter Vanessa Griego and family His many Brothers, Sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, neighbors and friends.
Eloy was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Alameda, NM.
A service for family and friends will be held at 11:00 January 20, 2024
