Loyd Ray Shiplett passed away on January 11, 2020 at the age of 37. Loyd was born on June 17, 1982 in Roswell, New Mexico to the parents of Debbie and William Shiplett. Loyd was raised by his Aunt and Uncle Ray and Cheryl Starbuck of Lucas, TX. Loyd was pre-deceased by his mother and has no siblings and is survived by his Aunts and Uncles Ray and Cheryl Starbuck, Joyce English, Mary Briere, Leman and Linda Hargorove, and Carroll Hargrove, and numerous cousins. A family memorial to celebrate the memory of Loyd is planned for spring.
