Rashada Mae (Irvin) Irvin

We gather here to celebrate and remember the life of Rashada Irvin, age 40, loving mother of five, who has passed away on August 23rd 2023 in her Albuquerque home. Rashada was born on January 2nd, 1983 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and stole the hearts of her late Father, Joe Irvin and mother, Bonnie Scoggin. Rashada was beloved in her community with a desire to help those in need and spread love along the way, always set to follow her heart and lead others in the same light. After the birth of her first born daughter, she would learn her true purpose in life, to love the beautiful children that God blessed her with. As a mother she was a protector, an advocate, a comfort, and a best friend. She was not only a beautiful mother, but a Granddaughter, a daughter, a sister a Godmother, an Aunt and will greatly be missed by her five daughters, who love their mother with all of their heart. Since a child, Rashada always had an amazing ability to find humor in the rarest moments. She had a passion for lifting your spirits and letting you know that everything will be okay, with a smile in her eyes. A value that will truly be missed. She began modeling at as a teen and attended school for nursing, earning her certification as a licensed nurse. She loved to sing and bring family together. If there was an Erykah Badu song anyway within earshot, she would stop whatever it was she was doing and enjoy the moment, singing to the tune to her hearts content. She is an energy that cannot be replaced but will forever be remembered. "We know that we cannot have you, but we find peace in knowing that you are reunited with your father in Heaven. Until we see you next time our beautiful mother." - Your daughters Rashada is survived by her daughters, Alyssa Irvin, Chantal "Byrdie" Walton, Harlem Hill, Zion Stallworth, and Jordaan Ricks, her mother Bonnie Scoggin, her brother's Nicholas Irvin, Tryron Irvin, Mark Irvin, Nathaniel Hulland, Priscilla Cobbs, and a plethora of niece's and nephews. Remember her soul.. And live the way she would want you to live, with joy in your heart! Because that is where she will rest in all of us!
