Robert Dale Iverson III, age 36, of Williamsburg, New Mexico, passed away on November 4, 2025. He was born on October 19, 1989.
Robert was a bright and curious young man with a natural talent for mechanics and a deep love for his children. He enjoyed the outdoors and found peace in nature, often sharing that love with his family. Those who knew Robert will remember his kindness, his intelligence, and his quiet strength.
He is survived by his loving girlfriend, Marissa Sallee, and his children, Michael Tanner, Matthew Joseph, and Annabelle Iverson; his father Robert Iverson Jr. and wife Ciara Iverson; his mother Walisa Camp and husband Robert Camp; his brothers William and Steven Camp, and Aaric and Aaron Iverson; and his sisters Daphne, Isabella, and Isla Iverson. He is also survived by his grandmothers Sandra Carson and Marie Iverson, along with many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
Robert was preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Iverson Sr., great-grandmother Chandra Carson, and great-uncle Michael Carson.
His father fondly remembers Robert as a smart young boy who loved to sit in his highchair enjoying his Sonic burger while watching Bambi. As he grew older, those simple Sonic trips became cherished memories between them. His mother lovingly recalls reading to him every night taking turns with him reading one chapter at a time from his favorite books. They could hardly wait to do the same with his own children. She remembers teaching him to swim and fish and cherishes countless memories of their time outdoors together.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Robert's life and the love he shared with all who knew him.
